Hi crazywoman,

I don't think it matters what time of day you take it, just so long as you take it once a day around the same time each day.

I'm on it & take it whenever I get up (sometimes 6.30, sometimes 9am) & never noticed any problems.

Hope that re-assures you.

Hi crazywoman, it suits me well. I am 61 & on the ultra low dose. I have got it down to 1/2 tablet a day now.
It just takes the edge off all the horrible symptoms I was trying to cope with (flushes, aches, muddled thinking), I feel I have some sort of control of my life. I work part time & I feel ok.
Just don't expect things to change overnight - it takes time to get in the system.
Keep us updated & let us know how you are getting on.
