Hi! Just a quick query, im on 2 pumps of estrogel and 100mg utrogestan orally at night, I did 3 months non stop but had a heavy feeling in my stomach and lots of digestive problems so decided to stop the progesterone for a couple of weeks to have a bleed, this worked well, then a week ago I restarted the progesterone and I have now come on again, do I continue to take the progesterone or stop again, when I saw the private consultant, she told me that if I bleed to stop taking the progesterone till the bleeding stops but I have only just restarted!!!!!

I think you will be OK to keep going, given that you achieved a bleed as you wanted to do. The progesterone will shut the new bleed down soon I think. It won't harm you.
