Title: Estrogel question

Has anyone noticed if nearing the end of the bottle it becomes weaker. I was thinking I was getting improvements. Got to the end of the bottle and when starting the new one felt another surge of estrogen. Has anyone noticed this?

I think it's because not so much comes out per squirt.

Yes it definitely gets weaker..... I use extra pump when required.
