I have been going through menopause for a good couple of years, started HRT patches, gels, ect, was so bad with low moods, anxiety & depression was sent to Dr Paneys clinic after trying at least 3 different Types of HRT with my GP, none worked. On my 5th trial now, Zumenon 1 tablet daily, increased to 2 tablets a month ago, not much difference, body is not absorbing HRT, don't know why?. Now they want me to try HRT pellets, my estrogen blood results are anything between level 100-142pg/ml even when taking HRT, informed this is low. I also have the Marina Coil fitted. Any advise welcome on anything menopause, estrogen levels, HRT pellets , thanks

Pellets can be good if you have some idea of what level you personally feel good on - and of course, you're finding that tricky! Do patches or gel not work at all for you?
These can be helpful for getting a 'feel' for what level you need, even if you're getting fluctuations. Pellets would stop the fluctuations, until they came to the end of the implant 'life', of course.
Just be aware that once an implant is inserted,it cannot be renoved. They usually last 4 - 6 months - so if you do not feel well on them, it can be a long wait until the level of the implant tails off. This is why it's a good idea to have sone idea of where you might feel ok on another preparation before you go ahead.
Good luck! xxxx
