Title: Cutting patches in half
Post by: Cori on August 12, 2018, 01:49:05 PM
Has anyone had any experience of cutting patches in half? Which is the best way to cut them? The same way the S goes down the patch or across the S? Did cutting them half reduce/eliminate stomach cramps you may have had? I'm using FemSeven Conti patches and had to remove it after the first 24 hours due to stomach cramps.

I have just started evorel 50 and was advised to start on half a patch. I wasn't given any instructions so I'm assuming any way is fine. I think I went for across the middle of the S so that it's symmetrical if you know what I mean. I don't know about the cramps I'm afraid, I'm sure someone else will be able to advise.

Thanks... I will try that. Apparently the cramps are normal to start with, I've had advice about that on another thread.
