Title: Tibolone and mood

HI
Does Tibolone cause progestogenic side effects (namely PMS low mood, depression, tearful etc).

Is anyone taking Tibolone because they couldnt find a combination of Oestrogen and Progesterone that suited. NOt sure i can stay on my HRT Combi will this constant flat low mood due to utrogestan.....searching for info about alternatives but feel a bit scared about the fact that tibolone is not body identical and also would it still cause prog side effects.

For me it hasn't and I've been taking it almost 2yrs.

For me it helped with meno symptoms almost immediately but it didn't suit me. I had side effects as blurry vision, neck aches...and I needed stronger estrogen. I an on cyclical type for a year now.
