Title: Side effects - elleste duet and Femoston 1/10

Before I start any HRT I wanted to know which is best, ie less side effects Have been subscribed Elleste due to cost but was going to insist on Femoston- tablets or patches Not sure which is best to start with Sx

Everyone reacts differently so it's hard to say. Give it a try and see what happens. Try to think of the positives instead of the side effects x
