Hi all. I'm pleased to say that my oestrogen has been upped as you will see in the heading. Does anyone know if 2mg of Progynova with 25mcg Evorel patch is the equivalent of just one 100mg Evorel patch as this is what I used to be on and I'm wondering whether to just go all out for patches....although I still had headaches before....but I've now added the Mirena coil into the mix...

Your post seems to have got missed CarryWarry.
If you get headaches then transdermal HRT (ie the patches) are preferred. I can't see any reason for taking tablets as well as patches although some women without ovaries find a combination of delivery methods helpful to obtain the higher amounts oestrogen they may need to feel stable.
In terms of equivalence - this is very difficult and especially if you are using two methods. However it's a good idea if you are happy with the Progynova to increase the dose in small increments for a few weeks and see if it helps your symptoms.
