Post by: Hinari hot flush on July 30, 2018, 06:17:50 PM
Has anyone else got a really old looking neck?

Ive started wearing scarfs more often but with this heat and hot flushes its not always effective ;D I have been using anti ageing cream as well

Yep, I have....lol
I need an inch pulled up behind each ear. That'll sort it out. Lol  ;D
And hopefully it'll pull my boobs up an inch or two as well..lol
As they're starting to sag, I'll be able to tuck them in my belt on my jeans soon. :boobs:
Actually, I also need ..................................................

A whole new ‘young persons body'  ::)
That'll sort it....

Ha ha, your comments made me lol jillydoll  ;D Not sure of anyone saw Linda Robson on one of the daytime tv shows a few months ago.  She was talking about her saggy neck and she said someone had written in to say it looked like a vagina  :o How rude !!

Unfortunately, it's just another little gem of the ageing process and unless one is prepared to go under the knife, there's not a lot to be done.

Wish I had been more careful out in the sun during my younger years always telling my daughter to wear sun cream and try and stay in the shade so she wont get skin like myself but she never listens then complains when shes burnt :-\

I have slightly crepey décolletage now and also some cellulite on my upper arms (only had it on lower body before).

I notice when people (women moreso) look at me now in summer tops that their eyes are drawn there, or they do a double take, as I always had such nice arms before. However, as a psychologist I notice they are then much warmer towards me, as if you look really good the opposite can happen, so perhaps it's not all bad!

I can't blame my crinkly skin on sun damage as it is the areas that don't get the sun that are crepe papery on me e.g. under my chin, under arms and inner thighs. I bruise really easily as well - always have - so I think I have very delicate skin.  DG x

I find drinking a good quality pure collagen powder in my tea, helps tremendously.

My arms are going the same way.
A little bit of cellulite at the top.(only ever had a little on my legs before.)
I'm so self conscious of them and cover them up as much as poss.
They remind me of that ‘stretch Armstrong ‘man my kids used to play with. Lol
Oh, the joys of getting older....lol thank god for sleeves......lol
