After seeing my doctor yesterday and her saying it was ok to stop the Utrogestan and Estrogel. I'm undecided whether to do the Femseven Conti patch. It was me who suggested I go back on these as the only reason I stopped was my aching stiff joints and anxiety ( but not as bad as on The Estrogel).
What will happen if I just stop HRT
