I'm seriously thinking of stopping this regime. The only good thing it's done is made my joints stop hurting .Im waking up feeling anxious and feel spaced out until lunchtime. My anxiety levels are there constantly.
I'm thinking of going back to the Femseven Conti. I have lots left so could I just swap back to that.
Or my other option is to stop completely .

It's very hard finding the right HRT balance for some women How long have you been on this regime? Did you feel better on the Femseven conti? Do you think it is the oestrogen or the progesterone? Because if it is the progesterone you could maybe look at different options. I started a new oestrogen only HRT 3 months ago & increased it 1 month ago. I wasn't on anything for 1 year before this. I still don't feel good but have decided to stick it out for a while longer. My anxiety is awful at the moment too. I still think for some of us it takes a while to reach stability

I stopped the same combination as I felt so awful after 8 days, I did get a bleed a few days later that was heavier than I thought it would be.

I've not had a period since having an ablation in June 2016. My problems started after having this

Just got an emergency appointment with my doctor.
I can't carry on feeling like this. I tried increasing Estrogel to 3 pumps and today I feel sick, headache and drained and woke up anxious.

Good luck with your doctor xx

Good afternoon Burchers
Sorry to hear things aren't getting any better.
Was there a reason why you stopped the Femseven conti ?
Hope the appointment goes well do let us know how you get on.

Going back on the Femseven Conti . I stopped them as my joints were so stiff but would prefer stiff joints to feeling like I do on this.
My poor doctor just wants me to feel better.Got to give them 2 months then see her again.
My problem is I'm on a lot of different medication for my colitis

Good luck with the Femseven patches x

Fingers crossed they help.

I was going to do this regime but really don't want the anxiety but didn't get anywhere with patches.

Foggy Moggy I would say give it a go. It is the perfect regime for so many people.
My case is that I'm on really strong medication for my colitis that could have affected my tolerance.
My gp wants me to increase my AD but I'm too scared
