Title: Is this menopause or am I just a little crazy ?

I needed to find women of a certain age for opinions on this. It's a note I wrote last night and Im hoping that I'm not alone in this weird circumstance ...... I've posted it in this section as I'm not really sure it's menopause related  ;D

Hi Twinky - It's not a "mum crush" it's a "fan crush". It's common for some people to feel like this over celebrities and can be difficult to control. It's probably also to do with the content of 13 Reasons Why where it is difficult to watch it without thinking of your own children going through similar situations. I couldn't watch it as I found it too worrying and depressing. I did read articles in the press and online though about the views of psychiatrists  over the way it could affect people. Powerful stuff.
