I have given the Estrogel and Utrogestan 7 weeks . I'm still feeling dreadful on it.
I feel so groggy, anxious and my tummy upset. The only good thing is my joints don't feel stiff anymore.
Is there anything more I could be doing.
My doctor just suggests I increase my AD as she needs to look at all options before changing anything

Give it 3 months .
Increase the Oestrogel?

Hi I started Oestrogen only HRT 3 months ago & increased it 1 month ago. I have a couple of days when I feel ok & then back to awful. I think because we are all different it takes longer for some of us to feel the benefits. I remember when I started peri menopause my periods were first irregular but it took a good 7 months for all the bad symptoms to kick in so maybe it takes a long time for the HRT to slowly build back up into your body.

Dotty I'm doing 1 pump in a morning and 1 pump in the evening.

How do you suggest I do it ? Would you do 2 in a morning 1 at night

I suggest all at once in the morning . That's what I do but other people split it.

I've done 2 pumps this morning and will do 1 before bed see if that helps
