Title: Irregular periods on hrt

I have been taking Femeston 2/10 for over a year now,after suffering perimenopausal symptoms but still having periods.
But since early this year I have started having 2/3 periods a month.I bleed at random times,when taking the oestrogen pills & the progesterone too.Over the past week or so I have also started with that crushing tiredness (that I had before the hrt).
Went to see my GP yesterday & she wants to do a pelvic exam & is taking bloods,but it may result in a referral to a gynae. Mirena coil & oestrogen was suggested.

Anyone on here who has had the same problems?

Yep, probably.  Your GP is checking that all is within normal limits which is good.  Read round the various threads on here.  Make notes  :welcomemm:

Some ladies find that keeping a mood/symptom/food diary is of use.  My periods came and went for years  ::) until they stopped.  It was 5 months B4 I realised  ::)

Hi! I am peri with almost regular periods but too severe symptoms and on femoston 2/10.
I have the same issue but my gyn said that it is normal. Sometimes I cannot predict my period as when I was on cyclo progynova but I prefer taking Femoston.
