Title: Utrogestan and Estrogel Week 4
Post by: Burchers on July 09, 2018, 06:42:59 AM
I increased the Estrogel to 2 pumps morning and night.
My aching stiff joints have gone,my brain feels less foggy.
I actually was able to do bits with my husband.
On the downside the last couple of mornings woke up with a weird feeling.

My huge issue is anxiety . I'm wondering if the 4 pumps is too much.

Hi it sounds like it's working for you if some things are getting better. 4 weeks is a short amount of time, so I'd try not to overthink things and just keep going .

I was terrible when I first started Oestrogel and was continually questioning my symptoms . It took 2 months to begin to see improvements and 3 months to see very good improvements for me.

Good luck xx

I don't know . I can only speak from personal experience. 4 pumps works brilliantly for me. I was worried about being on the highest dose but both my GP and private consultant told me that 4 pumps is licensed so I shouldn't worry. If it works don't change it . I went onto 4 pumps after a month and I'm still on it.
