Morning ladies. Quick question please. I've been on Femoston 1/5 for just over a month and this week have started to bleed. Started off kind of dark colour and then when I got up this morning it seemed to more or less have stopped. However, I've just been to the bathroom and have started to bleed ‘properly' and is normal red blood. Is this something I should be worried about or to be expected until things settle? I'm in early 60's so definitely post meno !
Thank you.

Breakthrough bleeding can happen in first 3-6 months when you start hrt.

Dotty is right. It is quite normal to get some bleeding and erratic spotting over the first 4-6 months with any conti Hrt. If it gets very heavy or doesn't calm down over the next few months, then you may need a different hrt regime - the Mirena with seperate oestrogen is often the best non bleed alternative. DG x
