Title: Variable dose of oestrogen?

Hello

Has anyone tried upping ther dose of oestrogen when on the 7 days of utrogestan in order to counteract the unpleasant effects of it?

Thanks! I am on three squirts a day of oestrogen, lowered it to two and was fine but then felt hideous about three days into the utrogestan so upped to back to three. I also noticed that my OCD tendencies were worse on two. Maybe I'll just stick to three!

It was probably the lowered dose of oestrogen that brought back your symptoms . Stick to 3 pumps 😀 x
