Hi
Can anyone recommend which online pharmacy or online doctor would be happy to sell/prescribe me the following?
Kliovance plus additional extra progestin in the form of Noriday, 1 to 2, or even 3 times a day; or Kliovance with additional Provera 10mg 2 to 3 times.
Alternatively Femoston 2/5 has been recommended
The final option I am aiming for is have a Mirena fitted but I'd need some estrogen patches to go with it. I could have the coil fitted at my GP but they'd refusing to go against hospital consultant who has a strict ‘no-estrogen' policy
Thank you
Thank you

Have you been prescribed Kliovance with the extra progesterone? That's an awful lot of progesterone.

Hi Dotty
These options were recommended by Dr Currie as a temporary measure until a mirena coil can be fitted, plus estrogen patches. Mirena being the ideal treatment for simple hyperplasia without atypia that have been causing my spotting and erratic bleeds , caused by sequential Elleste Duet. As I was two years post menopause, I should have been put on continuous combined, so progesterone would be there daily, not just two weeks of each month. The problem is because the ‘guidelines' the hospital consultant recommended to stop all oestrogen and gp won't go against that, and neither of them is listening to Dr Currie that estrogen is safe in my case as long as there is extra progestogen.

Nope. Unless you have a current prescription I doubt if any worth-while Pharmacy will sell products. Why not have a chat with your local Pharmacist for advice, many have private rooms these days.

I have ordered from the online pharmacy (that's the name I'm sure) for oestrogel as I wanted to try it without a gp appointment. You have to answer questions and a dr will then review your request. They prescribed it and sent it and I gave consent that they could tell my gp. Oestrogel was then added to my repeats. X

I've just looked at the independent pharmacy and they do this too

Has anyone managed to get testosterone this way?
-
I doubt you'd get testosterone this way, you'd need a gp to seek advice or to see a specialist or if you're really really lucky your gp will just prescribe off their own back x

Morning ladies yes it's the online clinic Harley street, they are excellent to deal with,if you don't consent to your gp being advised they have prescribed hrt then they won't prescribe. They don't do all the hrt types and won't do testosterone but they do oestrogel the proper one not the imported oestrodose which was one of the reasons I used them originally as I was having difficulty sourcing oestrogel.
You will have to do a consultation first then the gp will advise if they will prescribe and it's then sent to the pharmacy to dispense and you'll have it the next day it's thats quick.
Wait till you have that appointment tomorrow though Andie as you may get a pleasant surprise with your gp don't give up hope yet,xx

Thank you Daisydot
I am trying to think positive and hope that the GP will agree to estrogen if some kind and then I'll be able to move on with my life

Hi ladies
I can confirm that The Independent Pharmacy is legitimate and fully registered with all the bodies and I was able to buy Elleste Duet as I already have a prescription for this ( been on it for nearly a year). Arrived in the post in two days with standard delivery.

I thought your GP had finally agreed to prescribe Kilovance? It shouldn't have to be this complicated should it?
-
Hi
Yes the Gp prescribed Kliovance + Noriday for extra progestin (both have the same type progestin) but while the battle was going on, I ordered Elleste Duet just in case. I could not risk overnight menopause. I know I know, naughty, but Elleste and Kliovance have the same types of estrogen and progestin but Kliovance only has half the amount of progestin found in Elleste, although it's only 12 days a month on Elleste, but daily in Kliovance. So I figured, if I didn't get the Gp prescription quick, Elleste would buy my 3 months to book myself with private menopause specialists- all have waiting lists...
