Title: Anxiety before utrogestan?

Hi,
I've noticed many times that I start to get anxious before the utrogestan is due, has anyone else experienced this?

I haven't noticed this -  and I think it depends where you are in menopause? If you are still peri-menopausal, if your own cycle is kicking in and overriding the HRT then the anxiety could be your own oestrogen decreasing, or the progesterone phase of the cycle perhaps? Are you worrying about starting it maybe because of anticipation of side effects?
