Title: Anyone used DIM?

I'm having a problem with hormonal acne and someone on a surgical menopause forum has recommended using DIM to help metabolise my HRT better (I'm on E and T). Has anyone had any experience of using DIM. I don't want to get anymore side effects, already feeling rotten!
