My doctor has given me a new regime to try . She has put me on Utrogestan 100mg and Estrogel.
We wanted to try Mirena coil and Estrogel but apparently I'm at risk of uterus perforation due to my ablation I had in 2016.
I'm feeling a little apprehensive but totally willing to give it a go.

I hope that works for you Burchers. Is that a womb ablation that has ruled out you using the coil or some other kind of ablation?

Yes

I've had that procedure and had no idea it affected coil use. I hope the utrogestan works well for you. It seems a popular choice
-
We were trying to avoid tablet HRT due to having colitis and having sensitive stomach.
Been on Femseven Conti for 6 months and Estriol Cream. Just still feeling out of balance
-
That sounds sensible to me but I understand you feeling apprehensive. It's all so complex and individual but utrogestan seems to suit many members. I hope this regime is the one that works for you. Keep us posted
Good luck 🤞🏻

When is the best time to take the tablets?
Do I do the Evogel am and Utrogestan pm
-
Yes I believe that's what most people do
-
Oestrogel in morning.
Utrogestan before bed on empty stomach.
-
Also do I use the Estriol to
-
Yes definitely. I was told wrongly I had to try without estrogen cream once I started HRT but that made my VA flare up badly. VA is unfortunately for life so carry on using the cream

Thankyou for all your help xx

Glad I could help. Keep us posted
