Why is it that when you are late you get stuck behind a very slow car, lorry, tractor, at road works and so on, yet when you leave early you sail through everything and have time to spare?
Why is it that when you are early for an appointment they are late but when you are late they are on time?
Why is it that traffic lights all turn red as soon as you approach them some days, yet on other days they all turn green?
Why is it that DH suddenly needs to go into the room where I am washing the floor or needs to go to the loo while I'm cleaning them despite my warning him beforehand several times?
Just a few questions as I twiddle my thumbs! ::) :whist:

The traffic lights nearly always turn red as we get up to em, unless your driving
at 100miles an hour like the car in front...... :(
And the one that ticks me off is your appointment, when they're late it's ok,
when you're late it's like they want to hang you...... :-\
It is defo SODS LAW...gets me all the time....

Driving is a pain round here thanks to virgin. They have invaded the villages around here and traffic lights and road closures abound. I came out one day to find that I was barricaded in! Why is there never a workman around when you need them!
Oh I've thought of another one from the past. Why does the washing machine break down when the children are :sick02:!

Why is it that when I start a diet
everyone asks me if I want a chocolate bar....lol
Why is it someone wants to talk to you when you're
in a rush to go somewhere, when they've had loads of time to do so
before.
And why, does everyone want to use the bathroom at the same time,
are they all in sync with each other.....errrrrrr. Lol

Why do I have an obsession with lip balm :o I just can't resist. In my vast collection off the top of my head I have cherry, vanilla, rose and raspberry, passion fruit, plain Carmex, cherry Carmex, snoopy Carmex, grapefruit (newest only acquired yesterday) spf 30, Norwegian formula, pink pearl, Elizabeth Arden clear and a pink, Clinique in a tube, cherry blossom (different to just cherry) mango, strawberry, I'll stop now because I've realised the problem is bigger than I first thought ;D

Looks like a lip gloss, but it's got joboba in it among other stuff,

why when I go into the Waiting Room at the GP Surgery that people ask "How R U?" ;D
why is it when MotoGP is on TV every 2 weeks, the weather is :sunny: :sweatdrop: outdoors :D

Why is it,
When I can eventually get tired and get some sleep,
I wake up in middle of the night with a weird pain in my back
or chest, and lie there in a panic thinking I'm gonna have a heart attack, :'(
It scares me to death..... :(

I woke in the early hours not even enough to get up and see if I was having a heart attack but I had a deep pain between my breast bone. I've had it B4, always at the same time and probably indigestion. It crossed my fuddled mind that 'perhaps a scan would show if this is heart problems or indigestion' - woke this morning, still here!
Why do I forget when I go to t he GP to mention these symptoms?

OH will say don't forget to mention your chest pain,
But, I know there's nothing wrong , and feel ok,
I'm sure if it was a heart attack, I wouldn't be getting out of the
car walking into the surgery......think I've gone crazy..lol

I'm really happy with the lip balm I got last week ;D it's Eos, the packaging makes it look like a pink egg :o but it's pink grapefruit flavour, and it's yummy ::)
My mum bought the Marks and Spencer summer beauty box and gave me a few things out of it, the Eos lip balm ;D the origins moisturiser, I've used it for a few days and like it and a spray it stop my hair getting frizzy in humid weather, I haven't tried yet.
The problems I have now is, the lip balm comes in lots of flavours ............. ::)

I don't like my lip balm to have a taste, but DH does. He keeps calling it lip gloss! Should I buy him a real lip gloss? He has been told he is in touch with his feminine side afterall!
And I love shoes! I put it down to a deprived of shoes childhood. I have very narrow long feet, which meant brown lace ups or nothing at all. Today long narrow feet > ££££££! So my selection of shoes is not as extensive as it would be. Still looking for a comfortable pair of red shoes that I couldn't have as a child, though my taste has changed a little from then!

My best shoes ever was when I was a child, once the weather was sunny I was taken to buy sandals :) sometimes I had white, sometimes navy but my favourite was red, I loved those sandals ;D
I don't like buying shoes, I have size 4 with a high instep so I can't get my feet into lots of mules or boots, but I do like Skechers, not very fashionable but sooooo squashy and comfy ;D

My favourite pair of shoes when I was a child were white, with a
silver buckle on the front (something like Adam n the ants style, if you know what I mean) ;D
And.....I used to wear a pair white socks that were like shiny plastic up the leg, but sock
material on the foot, so when I wore them , these shoes looked like I had boots on....lol
O.m.g. I loved em....what I must have looked like, god knows what me mom was thinking.

And I've been looking at it, but it gives me terrible heartburn.
And upsets my stomach.
Plus I don't like it much either.
But you are right, the craving is going.
It actually helped when OH sat scoffing a kitkat. Lol

Chocolate gives me heartburn too :-\
It's the melt in the mouth. The only food that melts at body temperature. The crunch of nuts does it too ......... add them together :-*
