Title: Started HRT at wrong point in cycle, not sure what to do.
Post by: Lilylight on May 20, 2018, 05:42:55 AM
sorry, this follows on from previous thread, which is now not appropriate.
Started Femoston 1/10 few days into my cycle (I know wrong time) and have started my period in last couple of days of oestrogen cycle. I really don't want to take the progesterone cycle this month as 1) I've already had my pmt 2) id rather regulate my hrt cycle with my natural one.
Could I just start a new pack today at day 1 if oestrogen? Would it be harmful to get a bit too much oestrogen?
Thank you x

You could do that if you have had a good bleed. You may just find that you get a slightly heavier bleed with your next period. It won't do any harm. DG x
