 Hello all ..I'm a long time lurker on this site but have never posted :)

I have learned so much from reading (obsessively as my husband keeps commenting ;D) everyone's experiences & want to thank you all :)..I am on an evorel sequi regime for the last year, and with some lifestyle changes, finally have my quality of life back after a long time of awfulness :-\

So pleased you have found an hrt regime that works for you. As you have rightly mentioned, it does take a range of strategies to help the menopause journey as hrt can only do so much. DG x
