Hello,
Just had the following test results back (awaiting covering letter explaining) but just wondered if these numbers meant anything to anyone!
Thyroid Stimulting H - 1.17 mIU/L
Free Thyroxine 13.8 pmol/L
Follicle Stim H 8.5 IU/L
Progesterone 0.5 nmol/L
Testosterone 0.9 nmol/L
Sex HormoBinding Glob 103 nmol/L
17 beta Oestradiol 48 pmol/L
Many thanks :)

Your TSH is very good - I wish mine was below 2! If Free Thyroxine is Free T4, the value is normal and smack in the middle of the range. Progesterone is low bit that would be considered normal at certain times in the monthly cycle.
Your FSH is normal and not in menopausal range. Your estradiol level looks like what would be seen on HRT - on perhaps a lower dose. But that also would depend on when the bloods were taken - were they close to a peak level of an HRT dose or near the time for the next dose - depending on when, the value will vary.
Your SHGB is on the high end of the normal range but not sure what that indicates. It has to do with how male sex hormones bind and are used but I’m not an expert in that.
I think it’s best to have your doctor provide his/her interpretation. Also numbers on paper do not always reflect how someone feels. My testosterone is lower than yours, and I have no issues. Values are just that - a snapshot in time. Hope you get whatever info you need! Good luck!

Thank you weather girl ;)
It's all a mystery to me. This test was taken last week before I started Oestradiol, Utrogestan and Androfeme.
Am supposedly PeriM due to usual symptoms but will let you know what my gynae says (Panay's team in Harley St)
Am really hoping to feel human again soon! Though I know it takes time.
Just as you say without taking a test everyday it really is just a snapshot! Although in fact I've just remembered I'd had 5 days of Testogel prior so that would have influenced that level.
Thanks again!!!
