I would have walked out and gone home if I didn't have to get a lift from my friend.
Who gets moody in a yoga class?
My husband said I'm picking him apart a lot of the time. Being critical when he is actually a great supportive husband.
I don't like this feeling.
I'm definitely peri with very irregular periods.
It's becoming normal to be this way and I don't like it.
What can I do? 😞

Have a 'buzz' word with your husband that he can yell as he leaves the room? One that you won't get arsey about? Has he read hints for husbands on here.
I thought that yoga was for chilling ........... ::)
Some ladies find keeping a mood/food/symptom diary useful.
