Title: Too much estrogen

So following on from my previous post about mid cycle mucus I have concluded that I have too much estrogen in my system.  I started the progesterone phase 5 days ago and now have some bleeding.  This too is due to too much estrogen from what I've read.  My question is shall I stop taking my daily estrogen for a few days (have already cut down the dosage) or till the end of the progesterone phase or just carry on?  It's all very confusing.

You can either take progesterone only (you can do this with Utrogestan but I hear it's very strong so have not tried it) or you'd have to purchase USP progesterone privately or take synthetic progestans.

Or you can take high oestrogen (or the combined pill) to suppress your cycle. This can be simpler if you don't mind taking oestrogen.
