Title: Thyroid test

Is TSH level 1.49miu/L a good level for me can anyone advise pl many thanks xx

Yes I think that is fine. I think it should be between 0.4 and 4.0.

Do you take any thyroid medication?

No I don't dotty but I remember my mum had thyroid problems and also after my son was born I had some issues with it but can't remember any details so I just wondered if that reading from recent blood test was ok as I don't trust these gps here anymore.He said my cholesterol was too high at 7 and would I consider meds so I replied no thank you if your talking about statins I've been on them before and had bad reactions so he shrugged his shoulders and said well your good cholesterol is also high so I suppose that'll cancel it out?. I have no confidence in them whatsoever.thank you for reply xx
