Title: Always feel ill each morning
Post by: Hezzalady67! on April 15, 2018, 09:18:44 AM
I've never been a morning person, but over the last few years I actually feel really ill in the mornings. I wake feeling a sense of doom, a groggy head, dizzy, achy. I have to sit on the bed for a while before standing up or I fall back down I am so dizzy.

I get better by degrees...breakfast makes me feel better, the shower makes me even better and by the time I set out, I am fairly okay. If I drink water on the way, I am usually fine at work.

At weekends, I will sit in bed for ages if I can.

I do not drink alcohol and I do sleep pretty well, most of the time. I have the window open a bit to keep fresh air and cool.

I really want to feel well in the morning, but don't know how.

Could be low blood sugars if breakfast makes you feel better. How long do you go without food before going to bed? Maybe eat a banana before bedtime see if that helps.
