Title: Increased apetite
Post by: Tiddles on April 15, 2018, 06:31:03 AM
Morning ladies.  I searched for threads on 'apetite' and found lots on LOSS of apetite but has anyone experienced INCREASED apetite whilst on the progesterone phase?  I am experiencing nausea, headache and dizziness during the progesterone part but also an enormous apetitite for unhealthy foods I used to be able to avoid most of the time , especially sweet stuff.  I can't understand why I would want to eat more when Im nauseous but I do and my weight is creeping up and up. What's going on in my body?

Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone have any advice ? Me and my trousers need help !

Thank you x

Yes I have but, then again, I always used to get this coupled with PMT during my natural cycle.

Me too I have always had increased appetite when I am pre-menstrual - and apparently these cravings are normal in the 2nd half of your cycle - not sure why though! Mx

Yes of course, now I get it - it coincides with what hormones do in a natural cycle . Thank you!
