So sick of feeling like this. I periodically feel a rise of nausea then my heart feels as though it's beating slowly and I feel light headed. I've had fluttery palpitations and feel really tired.
I don't think my blood sugar was low as I'd not long since eaten.
Anyone had anything similar?

Hot flushes? I have had those feelings shortly after eating especially if my gut is empty.

I'm taking HRT (oestrogel- 2 x 1 pump a day) and wasn't sure if it was a hot flush because of this. I feel panicky when it happens and as I have POTS this makes me feel fainty anyway.

Forgive me but what is 'POTS' ............
Do you keep a food/mood/symptom diary to track your feelings?

This explains a little about it- it's basically where your bp drops when you are upright- it's always worse with hormonal changes- was very bad in my teens and early 20s and now...

HORMONES >:( ::)
Have you had regular sitting and standing BP taken in the Surgery? I also feel odd at times, I have a nerve in the back of my neck which when I turn, enough to make me go 'oh' but it's over. Really weird :-\

Yes I'm under the POTS clinic and have had bp taken sitting/standing and monitors, tilt table test etc
I think I'm having some sort of dip at the moment - not sure if I'm having enough oestrogen.

That's not an area I'm familiar with, I suppose that's fortunate :-\. Hopefully someone will be along.
