Title: Given HRT Ellest duet 1mg

Been to the docs and she has asked me to try Ellest duet 1mg for 3 months. Anyone any info? Thanks

Hi Lalb1,

early days for me, but on day 16 of the same estelle duet 1mg - today is the first the first day of the combined oestrogen and progesterone - felt a bit spacy earlier, but not sure if that was overthinking things. Overall so far so good, my mood is improving as is anxiety and aches and pains. I am keeping a video diary which I am posting on Youtube as there is not much out there and I already had a channel for book reviews. Here is the link to week 1 in case you are interested.
