Title: Oestrogel 4 pumps question

Hi,
Those if you that use 3 or 4 pumps of oestrogel, do you app,y it all at the same time of day?
And do you maybe put two pumps on one thigh and two on the other?

2 on each shoulder and arm in morning x

I was told 2 in morning, 2 in evening. The evening allows it to sink in and kickstart for day ahead

The instructions in the leaflet says put it on all at once. I have been told that if you split the dose then you are not getting the full dose . Seems to be another thing where people have differing opinions. X
