Title: Spots!

Hi, bit of an odd one... I have had constant spots since Christmas! They're all in the same area, on the side of my face. When one goes, another pops up in its place!  :-\ Even as a teenager, I never really suffered from spots, so this has me puzzled. I've been taking HRT, Elleste duo for 18 months. Not sure if it's related?
 Any suggestions, on;
1. How to bed rid of them?
And,
2. Could this be another side effect of the menopause?

I am spotty too and am sure it's the menopause.  Other than upping my HRT dosage I'm not sure what else to do.  Have gone back to teenage spot creams which help a little but its a constant battle.

Thanks for your reply. I've got a new HRT prescription, doubling the dose, so maybe that'll help?  :)
