Title: Emma Chambers (Alice Tinker) has died
Post by: Katejo on February 24, 2018, 05:04:49 PM
I have just seen this on BBC news. Apparently she died on Wednesday aged only 53 of natural causes. How sad!  I so enjoyed her performances on Vicar of Dibley.  :(

I now want to move this to the Events section but MMF won't let me do so.

Gosh that is so sad and so so young.  She was also great in Notting Hill, similar dippy character.

She was really good as Alice.  Those twinkly eyes.

Not many people die of 'natural causes' these days, GPs seem to want a medical condition for the Death Certificate.

Very sad news, i really liked her in the vicar of Dibley especially, also Notting Hill,
I read in a later report it was a hear attack

I haven't seen the reference to a heart attack yet. How sad! I have just watched the old sketch about "I can't believe it's not butter".

It's reported to be a heart attack.  'natural' then.
