Title: Elleste Duet - progesterone phase - advice please

Morning ladies.

After a good start with Elleste Duet 1mg Im now on Day 3 of the progesterone phase and am suffering with stomach upset, headache and insomnia. I'm wondering whether I can expect to always feel rough in this half of the month or if its likely to improve as time goes on . I would be grateful to hear others' experiences x

Some ladies have trouble with the progesterone in Elleste.

Thanks Dotty. Typucally, does it get better for them or if you experience problems in the early days are you likely to always experience problems ?

Not sure. Would imagine it could be either.
