Title: Utrogestan

Hi,
Not every month but most. I get PMT type symptoms after my period, leading up to when I'm due to start my Utrogestan. Some of this goes away when I start to take the Utrogestan, I did try the Utrogestan for 25 days, taking 100 per day, however this didn't suit me so I went back to 200/12.
Does anyone else feel better when they take the progesterone part of the HRT?

Hi yes I do which is why I take 100mg continuously
