Title: 3rd month on evorel conti.
Post by: Angelaamos on February 12, 2018, 01:59:29 PM
Hi. Just onto my 3rd month of evorel conti. First lot at HRT at 45.....feel like I am not ready for this stage of life   lol. Is a side effect of evorel conti feeling exhausted at night? Back to sleeping better than I was but feel tired all The time or is that just the menopause. I know everyone is different with symptoms and how HRT affects them  :)

Hi and welcome to MM Angela A
Do tell us more about yourself - when did you periods stop, what symptoms you are getting etc.
You have been put on a conti HRT which is not always the best HRT to start with. Using progesterone every day can bring more side effects -  PMT and sometimes more fatigue. DG x

hi Dotty. Wasn't suffering with exhaustion before that I can remember. Have had a few medical issue last year. Had my gallbladder removed last May which had a complication. Maybe that and menopause has just taken it's toll

Hi Dancinggirl. I am unsure how long I have bee  in the menopause. Not had a period for a good few year. Had the implant which stopped them then onto daily contraceptive. Started spot bleeding so went back into combined pill as would rather have a period but nothing came. Though I had been in it for a while but first GP just looked at me like I was stupid. Was really bad at back end of last year with flushed and sleepless nights. Brain for is not good either when it happens. I am planning on going back to GP who diagnosed menopause as patches are not  repeat yet xx
