Title: NICE Guidelines help pl

Hi ladies sorry to be a pain but I can't find the abbreviated version of the nice guidlines which I think had around 10 points for guidance.
Could any of you lovely people advise me either where/how to find it or give me a link so I can do a screenshot please,many thanks xx
