hi all im on utrogestan 100mg and sandrena 2 satchets at the beggining i felt like i was my old self agan happier and now im on day 13 i feel really achy bit sad and flu like is this normal ??? thanks emma xxx

Hi and welcome hughes41.its really hard to advise at the moment as so many bugs and virus hitting us all.maybe try some paracetamol for a couple of days and see if you can ride it out,I felt like somebody had given me my granny's body last week I was so achy and she's been dead about 40 years 😂.some of the more knowledgable ladies will be along later and give you better advice than I can.keep posting and reading you will pick up lots of tips xx

Could well be a virus - so
often we blame the HRT for odd symptoms.
