We liked Disneyland Paris more than the one in Orlando. Pretty much identical but much quieter, loads cheaper and the tickets include Universal Studios which is just 2 minute walk from Disney park. If you look on Disneyland holidays they hv deals on. We stayed in the cheapest Disney hotel; B & B lodge. It was great. To save loads of money you can eat in the cafes at the train station just by the gates; great french food at 10% of park prices. We also did a day tour of Paris on a open top bus (in January!). Get saving planning, life's too short. I cried when I first say the Disney castle!

We've been to Disneyland Paris 9 times - we call it 'The Happy Place'. We've pretty much promised ourselves a visit every year - it's the one place my husband fully unwinds, and doesn't even check his e-mails for hours on end! We eat in the Parks - buy a dining package when you book and you really save (we stayed in the Disneyland Hotel last trip, and had a Premium dining package - it included almost every restaurant in the Parks, Village and Hotels and the choices were fab - worked out that a 3-course meal, priced at 80 euros each on the menu, cost us about 40 euros each!). They often have deals that include a dining package too - means you virtually eat for free. We're trying to decide when to go this year - summer, for the warm weather and long park hours, autumn for the Halloween decorations, or Nov/Dec for the Christmas vibe?!
