Title: Happy New Year and Goodbye

Hi all

I've decided to have a break from the forum.  Not because of any issues just the opposite really.  I found the forum at 47 when I was peri menopausal and in a bad place and the wonderful ladies on here helped me so much with their support and advice.  I'm in a good place now on a regime that works well and feeling healthy, happy and settled (hormonally), so feel it's time to concentrate on living.  I may be back in the future who knows but would like to say goodbye and I wish you well to you all, Peri x

Happy New Year to you too and so sorry to see you go as we will miss your enouraging and balanced input and support to other women on the forum! However it's always pleasing to have a good news story and for women to leave for the best of reasons! I know that keeping up with the forum takes up a lot of time and as you say - you want to do more living - great news!!

Wishing you all the very best and we will be here if you need us again. I hope you will stay as a member rather than delete your account but I understand if you do the latter as you can keep getting drawn in through messages and such like!
