Title: Rescue remedy

Hi ladies as anyone used rescue remedy with bp meds going away for Xmas and feeling a little anxious as usual like you are going to die in a foreign country 😣it drives me mad cus I will have a amazing time just brain working overtime lol xx

Yep.   I am prescribed Propranolol, ADs and Rescue Remedy mouth spray as necessary.

Once I've used the spray I don't think whether it will/not work ......... I tend to use it B4 an event then get on with it.  Nowt wrong with a placebo effect  ;)

I bought rescue remedy spray and it didn't work and my anxiety is pretty mild compared to some x
