I used femseven a couple of years ago Ody70. I found it stuck in place well and it was good tononky change once a week. My problem however was that it was my first hrt some 2 years post meno and starting on the full patch straightaway gave me terrible headaches to start with. I subsequently found out from a menopause telephone conversation that I could have cut the patch and started off with say a quarter dose and build up. Unfortunately because of my expertise I didn't want to try it again. I think the progesterone in it is a little less testosterone based Evorel conti patch so some women find it better in that respect. Hope this helps

I have been on both Fem7 Conti and Sequi.
The Sequi was a disaster - I could not tolerate the 'swings' of progesterone; it made me very anxious, and insomnia returned, headaches ++
Conti has been better, but we are still tweaking the dose (I was advised by a Meno Specialist to cut patches if required), however I am still spotting 2 or 3 day's a week.
Are you on the 50 mcg/day patch ?
