Started my hrt for perimenopause 2 weeks ago and the last 3 days my nipples have been the most sore ever! Last time I felt this was when I was pregnant 18years ago 😮.. will be starting the utrogestan tomorrow... hoping this will help but my query is can I still take evening primrose oil? I stopped taking them along with Agnus castus when I started the treatment but wondering wether the primrose oil will be ok to continue?

I have been on one pump fine no problems, upped it to two a day and my breast nipples 😳😳😳 so back down to one and after three days almost gone .....I am going to try 1.5...trial and error . 😊

I have this with Estrogel, I use 3 pumps a day though, can relate to the pregnant nipple feeling...my baby has just turned 14!
For myself I prefer that to the awful VA symptoms I got before I started it.

Thanks Maryjane and tinker bell ..nice to hear others have same problems and will try the evening primrose oil capsules again ... and yes if it's only a few days of pain definitely will be worth it...👍🤗xx
