Does it make a difference where you apply Oestrogel? I have been prescribed this for VA and to help ward off osteoporosis. I was told to use one pump a day for 14 days and then increase to 2 pumps. So far I have been applying one pump to inner mid thigh (left one day, right the next), but tomorrow I go up to 2 pumps and am wondering whether to do an arm and a leg, or both legs, or what? I am especially interested to know if where you apply it has any effect on VA symptoms. I'd be grateful for any advice, thank you.

It's recently been said here that the best place for oestrogel and to help VA is on inner thigh and close to vagina . I'm giving it a go along with still using vagifem
You can have both, vagifem is good, easy to insert and disposable x

Please report back - would be nice to know if oestrogel works better on VA if it's applied nearby.

Thank you Annie 0710, I will continue with inner thigh in that case.
I have got Vagifem too, recently finished initial 14 days, but a break of two nights has brought on some bladder symptoms, so I guess twice a week isn't going to be enough. That seems to be the case for a lot of MM members! I used to use Ovestin but it started to irritate, so it was back to square one >:(

Many thanks maryjane, I'll do the same in that case :)

I apply to my shoulders towards the back, I have had a massive improvement to my VA since starting the Estrogel.

Thank you Tinkerbell, that's good to hear. I'm hoping it will do the same for me!
