Quick question... I stopped taking my Agnus castus (which I've taken for years along with starflower oil) when I started my hrt treatment..oestrogen(gel) a week ago and the utrogestan (which I'm due to start in 11 days..thanks to the help of the ladies on here 👍)....
Can I take the Agnus castus alongside the hrt?

Hi Jaq69
I don't think I've said :welcomemm: .
Sorry I know very little about Agnus castus except that it is a phytooestrogen and therefore as such can have a weak oestrogenic effect. That being the case I would not take it at the same time - after all if you are having the real thing, it is unnecessary and also there could be some sort of competition for oestrogen receptors maybe? I mean it's not going to do any harm but might affect the efficacy of the HRT itself? Just a thought anyway.
Hurdity x
