Just saying hi to all the lovely ladies here. I am 41 and just started my oestrogel / urtogestron regime. So far so good, my worry is that i will lose my hair. On two oestrogel pumps at night with 100mg urtogestron one at night day one to 25. Hate femostan but loved prempak 😓

Hi Sambeaute - welcome to the forum. You will find lots of help, advice and friendship on here.

Try not to worry about the possible side effects. Everything has to be covered but this doesn't mean that you will get them.

Hope it works out for you - but do ask if you need help. I have utrogestan but on a long cycle so only take it for 12 days every 6-8 weeks ( under doc supervision) and my hair is OK. Utrogestan is supposed to be the progestogen that is least likely to affect hair. You can always take it cyclically if you find it doesn't suit you taking it for 25 days per 28.

Thank you. Im on my 4th day today and feel so much better in myself. Why didnt i do this earlier ?
