Title: Really Early Peri or Hrt Not Working The Same??
Post by: angela27 on September 28, 2017, 10:29:38 AM
Hi ladies, i read lots of threads on the forum, im trying to learn and understand this whole menopause thing!!

I used evorel sequi patches for a year which successfully treated my hot flushes and night sweats. February this year hot flushes, night sweats, low mood, anxiety and crying hit me badly.
Wearing double patches didnt work so am now trying femoston 2/10. I am on my 2nd month, hot flushes/night sweats returned about 3 weeks ago, have had a few tears return, mood pretty mixed. I seem to get more flushes in the evening after i have taken my hrt. My chest is always rather red which would fade a couple of times through the day but chest and face will redden after i take my hrt.

So having read a couple of replies to other ladies my question is could i be very early peri and im getting too much oestrogen hence more flushes in the evening or is it just coincedence?

If i could also ask do progesterone side effects get less in time i.e. tiredness, low mood etc..

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Maybe have a look-see at the 'daisy' web-site, mentioned above in the green banner ........
