You post got missed Katia - everyone busy these days!

This seems to happens regularly with some women (breakthrough bleeding on HRT) especially in early peri-menopause when ovulation is frequent - although I can't find any specific posts about it. Sometimes women get two bleeds, and sometimes the whole bleed gets out of sync with the HRT. Some women decide to reset it by timing the combi part of their cycle accordingly - but since in peri-menopause cycles are ver variable - it could easily go out of sync again. Eventually as ovulation becomes far less frequent, your bleed will happen approximately when it's "supposed" to.

Thanks Hurdity.  I find everything feels a bit out of whack at the moment.
